The Siblings Project 2020 - February

Welcome to The Siblings Project for 2020!

This month I took the photographs of the boys when mummy and Freddie went to visit James in Forest School with his classmates for their last session!

Both the boys were having a fantastic time climbing in the trees! Freddie will be starting his sessions in the Forest School soon and he is so excited!

Siblings Project 2019 - February

Welcome to  the 2019 Siblings Project! How is it already February! This year is going to go by so fast I think!

This month James has been loving:

* His Lego

* Going to Beavers

*  YouTube Kids

Freddie has been loving:

*  Playgroup

*  Blaze and the Monster Machines

* His wooden train set

This months photograph was taken one night after school while the boys were relaxing and watching Cbeebies! It is hard trying to get a picture of them both looking! 

Siblings February 2018

Welcome to the February post for The Siblings Project. 

This month my boys have been busy going back to school for James and starting playgroup for Freddie. When they are not in school or playgroup then Freddie is James little shadow. In the mornings as soon as Freddie sees James he goes absolutely nuts and so hyper! However once we get home from school, he still does get a little bit upset some days as he really does miss having him around to play with.

The photos this month were taken one day after school and playgroup. The boys were sat on the sofa watching Cbeebies after their snack, although James was actually still eating part of his! They were both utterly exhausted as getting back into the swing of school and starting playgroup has taken it out of them!

James is not the biggest fan of having his photograph taken at the moment, but Freddie well he is such a poser and if he sees the phone he shouts cheese before you even have the camera app open!

Weekly Meal Plan

So February is the start of a new month, so new month means start of meal planning.

We bought a slow cooker a few weeks ago and I intend to use it especially on days that James and me have been at my mums when I'm working, as getting in at five and then having to start cooking especially with a grumpy,hungry,tired toddler round my feet is a pain.

So these are the meals I have planned for this week with Monday and Wednesday being slow cooker meals.

Sunday - roast chicken breast mash veg

Monday - cheesy meatballs tomato sauce & spaghetti 

Tuesday - diced chicken rice veg

Wednesday - sausage casserole 

Thursday - roast pork loins roast potatoes veg

Friday - pasta bake

Saturday - pizza

Fingers crossed I can stick to it
