Living Arrows 2019 17/52

Welcome to Living Arrows post 2019! If you haven't heard of the linky before, This was set up by Donna at What the Redhead Said and the name comes from the poem by Kahlil Gibran "You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth" Each week I post one photo of James and one photo of Freddie and share what they have been up to that week.

James had a busy first week back at school, as the first day back was also St George's Day the local scout movement had arranged to hire out a local museum for two hours after it closed to the general public to do a Promise Renewal. So mummy and James had a couple of hours to explore one of our favourite museums without Freddie before James renewed his Beaver Promise with all the other Beavers! Then Thursday night was his normal Beaver meeting and on Friday he had a school trip! James also had a trip to a&e thanks to Freddie shutting his hand in a door resulting in bruised bones!

Freddie had a great week back at playgroup. He is still coming out the other side of his milk ladder fail, so we've had to put potty training on a temporary hold!

The boys are already exhausted and we are looking forward to having the long weekend for May Bank holiday next week!
